Chocolate Banana Pops
These banana pops are the perfect summer treat! They have a frozen banana filling that's dipped in dark chocolate and coated in crunchy granola.
Ingredients
- 111 Banana, (1 large or 2 small)
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Dark Chocolate Chips

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Coconut Oil
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Vanilla Cinnamon Organic Sprouted Granola - Lark Ellen Farm

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Peel the banana and cut into thirds. (Or cut in half is using small bananas.)
- Place a popsicle stick in the end of each banana, then put the bananas on a parchment-lined plate or small baking sheet.
- Place the bananas in the freezer and freeze for at least 1 hour.
- Melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil. Spread the granola on a small plate.
- Dip the frozen bananas into the melted chocolate, then quickly coat in granola.
- Place back on your lined plate or baking sheet to set.
