Banana Bread Granola Bars
These banana bread granola bars are the best! Since my kids love banana bread and granola bars, I figured, why not make them into one!
Ingredients
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Eggs
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Banana
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Pancake Mix, Kodiak Cakes

- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Cane Sugar with Monk Fruit - Lakanto

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Baking Powder

- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Baking Chocolate Chips

- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
- In a bowl, whisk together your eggs and banana. Add in all of your other ingredients and stir.
- Pour into silicone granola bar molds (rectangle mold).
