- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Cottage Cheese, Low-Fat
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Maple Syrup, Pure
- 2 cups2 cups2 cups Dark Chocolate Chips
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Coconut Oil

- Begin by combining cottage cheese and maple syrup in a food processor. Blend until smooth
- Dip strawberries one by one in creamy cottage cheese mixture, keeping the stem clean
- Place on parchment lined baking sheet, and freeze for 1-2 hours or until just set (it's ok if it's not completely frozen)
- Combine chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl
- Microwave for 30-second increments, stirring to distribute heat and melt chips
- Once completely smooth, dip cottage cheese strawberries into a layer of the chocolate
- Place back on parchment lined baking sheet and set in freezer for 30 minutes or until set
