  1. Preheat oven/air fryer to 180°C(350°F)/150°C (300°F).
  2. To a blender, add oats, matcha powder, protein powder, yogurt & milk, and blend until smooth and combined.
  3. Lightly spray a baking dish with oil, pour in your oat mixture & press in chocolate.
  4. Cook in oven/air-fryer for 10-15mins (oven may take longer).
  5. Once ready, top with yogurt & pistachios and enjoy!
