Citrus Herb White Bean Dip
This hummus-inspired dip is thick, creamy, tangy, zesty, and so flavorful! It's perfect for dipping fresh veggies, pita, or crackers in, or spreading onto a wrap for a boost of healthy fat and protein. The seasoning blend adds a lot of flavor without a ton of work, and the basil adds a pop of freshness that'll keep you coming back for more!

- 15 oz15 oz15 oz Canned Great Northern Beans, drained and rinsed (1 can)
- 2 cloves2 cloves2 cloves Garlic, skin removed
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Lemon zest
- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp3 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp3 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1.5 Tbsp1.5 Tbsp1.5 Tbsp Citrus Herb Seasoning
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Water
- 6-7 pieces6-7 pieces6-7 pieces fresh Basil, (leaves)

Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Soak cashews and pinch of salt in hot water for 10 minutes, then discard water and rinse.
- Add cashews to a food processor with all remaining ingredients except basil and process on high until smooth, stopping and scraping down the sides as necessary.
- Add fresh basil and blend until incorporated.
- Serve with fresh veggies, crackers, toasted pita, or anything you wish!
