Classic Dessert Fruit Pizza on Chocolate Zucchini Crust
We’ve modified the classic fruit dip tray to make sure you never have to dodge the dessert table again. Topped with summer berries, this refreshing dessert pizza is a perfect way to wash down outdoor barbecue.
Ingredients
- 111 Chocolate Zucchini Keto Crust
- 1 oz1 oz1 oz Full Fat Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Plain Greek Yogurt, 0% fat
- 1/2 tsp1/2 tsp1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- Strawberries, to top
- Blueberries, to top
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Bake a Chocolate Zucchini Crust as instructed. Let crust cool completely before topping.
- Make the cream cheese frosting with 1 ounce softened cream cheese, 1 Tbsp 0% fat Greek yogurt, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, and 2 Tbsp swerve confectioners sweetener. Top with strawberries & blueberries!
