Cookie Monster Nice Cream Pops!
These high protein cookie dough nice cream pops are SUCH a fun summer dessert! Made with simple and nourishing ingredients you can feel good about, too!
I used THESE popsicle molds
Ingredients
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Banana, Frozen
- .33 cup.33 cup.33 cup Coconut Milk
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Cashew Butter
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Vanilla Protein Powder, Scoop
- .5 tsp.5 tsp.5 tsp Spirulina Powder, Blue
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Primal Palate Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, Or homemade
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Almond Flour
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
- .5 whole.5 whole.5 whole Vanilla Protein Powder, Scoop
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Semi-Sweet Mini Chocolate Chips

Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Blend or process your nice cream ingredients together until smooth
- Make or roll your premade cookie dough into small balls and place a few in your popsicle mold
- Pour nice cream overtop, then place a few more cookie dough balls throughout
- Place popsicle sticks in, and freeze at least 3 hours
- Enjoy!!
