Cottage Cheese “Popsicles”
My kids love these. They’re so simple to make and super nutrient dense. They’re packed with protein, fiber and even potassium. My kids keep asking for more and they have no idea what they’re eating!
Ingredients
- 2 cups2 cups2 cups Cottage Cheese
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Medjool Dates
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Banana
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- In a blender, add all of your ingredients and blend together until it’s creamy.
- Pour into popsicle molds and swirl in or top with their favorite toppings.
- Place in the freezer and let it harden.
- Enjoy!
