Homemade Samoa Cookies
We skipped out on girls scout cookies this year and made our own. They are so good delicious and the kids have absolutely no idea that they’re healthy. They only call for 2 ingredients + the chocolate, they’re seriously so delicious. You have to try these!
Ingredients
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Banana
- 1.5 cups1.5 cups1.5 cups Coconut
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Baking Chocolate Chips

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Coconut Oil

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix together your banana and coconut flakes. Scoop batter onto a cookie sheet using a cookie scooper. Flatten the cookie. Poke a hole all the way through the middle (I used the end of a paint brush).
- Bake cookies for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Melt your chocolate and coconut oil together. Dip the bottom of the cookie in the chocolate. Drizzle some on top. Let the chocolate harden and enjoy!
