- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Salt and Pepper, to taste
- 2 cups2 cups2 cups Basmati Rice, cooked, can sub riced cauliflower

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the chopped mushrooms and minced garlic and cook until tender and fragrant. This should take approximately 2-3 minutes.
