Creamy Garlic and Lemon Orzo
Super easy and super filling! This creamy garlic lemon orzo will leave you feeling fueled for the day. This is the perfect side dish or main dish, depending on your portion, to make when you want something quickly done and tasty. Ready in only 20min, this is a go-to for me!
Ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Orzo Pasta
- 2 cups2 cups2 cups Chicken Broth
- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Creamy Garlic Salad Dressing - Culina
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Lemon, freshly squeezed juice
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Salt and Pepper, (to taste)
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil, (optional for garnish)
- 1 sprig1 sprig1 sprig fresh Rosemary, (optional for garnish)

- In a sauce pan bring your chicken broth, orzo, salt, pepper, lemon juice and butter to a boil, stir every so often
- Reduce the heat to medium and cover for about 5min
- Remove the lid and cook until the orzo is a soft bite and liquid has mostly been absorbed
- Add Culina Creamy Garlic dressing & parmesan and give it a final stir
- Serve in a bowl topped with more salt, pepper and olive oil
- Enjoy hot!
