Crispy Air Fryer Tofu
This air fryer tofu is perfectly crispy on the outside, soft on the inside and is both vegan and gluten free! Made with just 5 total ingredients, it’s the perfect meal prep staple that’s both easy and delicious.
Ingredients
- 16 oz16 oz16 oz Tofu, extra firm block
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Coconut Aminos, (sub soy sauce)
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp1/2 tsp1/2 tsp Paprika

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Press tofu for 30 minutes to remove as much liquid as possible.
- Cut tofu into cubes and then transfer to a large ziploc bag. Toss with coconut aminos. Add in cornstarch, paprika and garlic powder, and toss again to coat completely.
- Spray air fryer basket with cooking oil and arrange tofu in a single layer. Spray tops of tofu and air fry at 375F for 15 minutes, flipping with a spatula/tossing half way. Serve with rice, roasted veggies, or whatever you'd like!
