Croissant French Toast Bake
Say it with me: CROISSANT FRENCH TOAST BAKE. Yeah, you heard that right: croissants are the star in this french toast bake. Simple to prep, easy to bake, and will wow an entire brunch table. Top with fresh berries and its spring in a casserole dish.
Ingredients
- 4-54-54-5 Croissant, roughly ripped
- 444 Eggs
- 1.25 cup1.25 cup1.25 cup Milk
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Ground Cinnamon
- 2 cups2 cups2 cups Frozen Mixed Berries, (blackberry, blueberry, raspberry)
- 1-2 Tbsp1-2 Tbsp1-2 Tbsp Honey
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Brown Sugar

- Preheat the oven to 350° and prep a large oven-safe baking dish.
- Rip the croissants into large chunks and place into a casserole dish.
- Whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon well. Pour over the top of the croissants, making sure to coat each piece.
- Top with a little brown sugar and bake for 30 minutes at 350°.
- Let cool slightly before adding the honey and berries.
