Deviled Eggs
I like to keep my deviled eggs very simple. Always start with less seasonings and add more as needed as you don't want to overseason (yes this is possible) or underseason
Ingredients
- 121212 Eggs
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Mayonnaise
- 0.125 tsp0.125 tsp0.125 tsp Lawry’s Seasoning Salt
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Sweet Relish
- 111 Paprika, Dash
- 0.125 tsp0.125 tsp0.125 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 111 Black Pepper, Dash

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Bowl a large pot of water
- Boil eggs for 12 minutes
- In a medium bowl add cold water and ice cubes
- Place boiled eggs in the water bath for 10 minutes
- Peel the eggs and cut them on half
- Place egg yolks in a medium sized bowl
- Mash egg yolks with a fork
- Add mayo, paprika, seasoning salt, pepper and sweet relish
- Mix thoroughly and taste. Add more seasonings if needed
- In a piping bag Add egg yolk mixture
- Pipe into the middle of each egg
- Sprinkle with smoked paprika
Notes
1/8 tsp Seasoning Salt & Paprika Smoked paprika should be used strictly on top If you like your yolk mixture very smooth you can use a food processor.
