Skip the store and make your own granola bars at home!! Made with just 5 simple ingredients, these granola bars are gluten-free, high in protein and easily made vegan with just a few swaps! Keep them plain or add in additional ingredients such as chocolate chips, nuts or dried fruit.

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Add oats, protein, peanut butter, honey and eggs to a bowl. Stir to combine.
  3. Add in your additional ingredients such as chocolate chips, if using.
  4. Press mixture into prepared pan firmly.
  5. Bake for 18 minutes.
  6. Allow to cool completely before slicing into bars.

Notes

Swap honey for maple syrup and use an egg replacer to make these granola bars vegan.
