Extra Creamy Hot Chocolate
You're just 7 minutes away from the dreamiest mug of creamy, rich hot chocolate, no hot chocolate mix necessary! This recipe is rich and indulgent enough for adults, but great for kids to enjoy too. It's guaranteed to become a cold weather staple!
Ingredients
- 10 oz10 oz10 oz Cashew Milk, (or milk of choice)
- 1/4 tsp1/4 tsp1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1-2 Tbsp1-2 Tbsp1-2 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup, to taste (I prefer 1 TB)
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder, (or cacao powder)
- 1/4 cup1/4 cup1/4 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1/8 tsp1/8 tsp1/8 tsp Salt
- pinch pinch pinch Ground Cinnamon

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Add all ingredients to a small pot and turn heat to medium-low.
- Whisk continuously as the mixture combines, and keep whisking until it comes to a boil (5-7 min).
- Turn off the heat and continue whisking for another 30 seconds.
- Pour into mugs and serve!
Notes
it won’t seem super thick at first, but as soon as you pour it into mugs it becomes super thick and creamy, trust me.
