  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Line a muffin tin with liners.
  3. Add chickpeas, eggs, maple & cashew butter to a blender or food processor.
  4. Blend until smooth.
  5. Pulse in vanilla, baking soda & salt.
  6. Add white chocolate & strawberries & stir to combine.
  7. Fill muffin tin 3/4 way full.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
