Frozen Almond Joy Protein Smores
This is such a fun spin on the viral frozen protein s’mores that is going around. I saw someone put it on a rice cake and thought that was genius! I had to try! Sure enough, it’s genius!!
Ingredients
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Rice Cake, Plain
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Almond Butter

- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Coconut
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup 55% Cacao Organic Vegan Semi-Sweet Dark Chocolate Chips - Pascha Chocolate Co.

- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Whipped Cream, 1 container
- 50 grams50 grams50 grams Vanilla Protein Powder

- First, melt your chocolate chips and set aside.
- Mix together the whipped cream and vanilla protein powder.
- On top of your rice cake, spread the almond butter on top. Then cover with coconut. Top with a hefty mound of the whipped cream and protein mixture. Cover that in chocolate and place in the freezer to let it harden.
- After about 2 hours, enjoy!
