Fudgsicles (Vegan)
What’s not to love about a homemade fudgsicle? It’s a wonderfully creamy, chocolatey, sweet delight, perfect for cooling off on a hot day or indulging a late-night chocolate craving. This incredibly easy treat is ideal for customization—switch up the milk, swap the sweetener, try a different cocoa powder, or add a splash of extract. These fudgsicles require only 5 ingredients, whip up in 15 minutes (not including freezer time) and are completely dairy free.
Ingredients
- 2 cups2 cups2 cups Oat Milk, Organic, (any plant-based milk will work)

- 5 Tbsp5 Tbsp5 Tbsp Cocoa Powder, (or cacao powder)

- .66 cups.66 cups.66 cups Cane Sugar
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Have your popsicle mold ready – a link to the mold I used is below.
- Add the sugar, cocoa and cornstarch to a medium pot, whisk until well combined and no lumps.
- Add the milk to the pot, whisk until all ingredients are well combined.
- Place the pot over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer, stirring regularly. Once a simmer is reached, maintain the simmer for 1 minute.
- Remove the pot from the heat, add the vanilla, stir well.
- Allow the mixture to cool for 10 minutes.
- Pour the mixture into a large measuring cup with a pouring spout. Pour the mixture into the popsicle molds – you should have enough for 6 popsicles.
- Place the mold in the freezer for 6 to 8 hours (I left mine overnight) or until the popsicles have frozen solid. They are ready to serve. ***If using wooden sticks, you will need to wait until the popsicles have firmed up enough to support them before inserting them.
