Funfetti Protein Bread! (Gluten free, dye free) (Edit recipe)

This funfetti bread is such a blast! With the pop of (natural) color, a dense banana bread texture, and a smooth protein icing, this is one snack you and your kids are both going to love! I used my favorite high quality vanilla protein powder in the loaf and the icing. It has nothing artificial in it, so I am comfortable giving it to my kids. Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Make loaf by whisking dry ingredients together, then fold in wet ingredients and combine until smooth
  2. Fold in sprinkles
  3. Pour into 9x5 loaf tin and bake at 320F for 50min
  4. Allow to cool completely
  5. Use a hand or stand mixer to whip ingredients together until smooth
  6. Pour frosting overtop loaf and top with more sprinkles
  7. Enjoy!
  8. Keep leftovers stored in the fridge
