GameDay small batch Sriracha chicken dip
If you're like me and you don't like Buffalo sauce but you love spice, this is the dip for you
Ingredients
- 8 oz8 oz8 oz Cream Cheese, Full Fat, Room temp
- 1.5 cup1.5 cup1.5 cup Rotisserie Chicken
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Sriracha
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese, Grate
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Mild Cheddar Cheese, Grate
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- In a bowl mix together shredded rotisserie chicken, cream cheese, sriracha and parmesan cheese
- Mix in half the amount of mild cheddar cheese
- Spoon into an oven safe dish
- Sprinkle the rest of the Cheddar cheese on top
- Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes or until.golden brown
- Serve with veggies or chips of your choice

You can double/triple this to make a larger batch to bring to a party
