  1. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high.
  2. Add green beans, season with salt and pepper, and sauté for ~6 minutes until tender-crisp with a slight char.
  3. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, sauté onion for 2–3 minutes until soft. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds.
  5. Add ground turkey, breaking it up as it browns. While it cooks, whisk together coconut aminos, chili garlic sauce, honey, sesame oil, ginger, and seasonings.
  6. Return green beans to the pan, pour in the sauce, and toss to coat. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until the sauce thickens. Serve over rice and enjoy!
