These Grain-Free Football Brownies will be your new favorite sweet treat for sports season. It is easy to make, healthy, delicious, and so cute! Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease silicone football molds with coconut oil.
  2. Prepare batter according to package directions. Divide batter among molds.
  3. You can make these thick or thin. We prefer about 2 Tbsp of batter for each football (makes 16) but you can make these double thick (like the photo) if you prefer (makes 8).
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes.
  5. Allow brownies to cool completely before loosening the perimeter with a butter knife and carefully removing from the molds.
  6. Decorate! You can skip the chocolate frosting (if you want them less sweet) and just do the white part of the design if you'd like.

Notes

Baker's Hack: If you don't have a piping bag, just put the frosting in a ziplock bag, snip the corner off and squeeze. Easy!
