Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. In a medium size mixing bowl, combine the greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, red onion, parsley, and Super Gyro seasoning.
  2. Stir the marinade together until all ingredients are evenly combined.
  3. Place the chicken in a gallon ziplock bag, and pour the marinade over the chicken. You can add the lemon you juiced to the bag as well.
  4. Seal the bag, and massage the marinade over all of the chicken.
  5. Place in the fridge for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
  6. Heat your grill to medium high heat.
  7. Place the chicken on the hot grill, and cook for approximately 15 minutes (5 minutes a side, with two flips). Ideally you would use a temperature probe in the thickest part of your chicken to ensure it reaches 165F. Cook time will vary greatly based on the thickness of the chicken.
  8. Slice the cooked chicken, and serve alongside the greek salad with greek yogurt dressing (pictured).
