Grilling season is officially here and these Grilled Garlic Soy Steak Bites with veggies are one of my favorite easy high protein dinners! Packed with flavor from the garlic soy marinade and perfect for summer nights when you want something simple, fresh, and satisfying. Gluten and dairy free!
Ingredients
- 1 lb1 lb1 lb Beef Tenderloin Kabobs - US Wellness Meats

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Garlic Olive Oil - Kosterina

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Coconut Sugar with Monk Fruit - Lakanto

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Garlic Powder

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Ginger, Ground

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Lime Juice
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Red Pepper Flakes

- 2 - 4 whole2 - 4 whole2 - 4 whole Orange Bell Pepper, any bell peppers work

- Whisk together and marinate steak for at least 30 minutes (2–4 hours is even better).
- Heat up a grill and place chopped veggies to start grilling
- Drizzle with some olive oil
- Place marinated meat onto grill and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side
- Great for grilling with peppers, onion, zucchini, and pineapple.
