I have been making this Guacamole since I was a teenager. It is so simple and so delicious that I could eat it every single day! Give it a try and I promise you will be making it all the time!

  • 2 whole Avocado, ripe
  • 0.25 cup Red Onion, diced
  • 1 whole Tomato, diced
  • 0.5 whole Lime, juiced
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 3 Tbsp Cilantro, chopped

When dicing tomato leave as many seeds behind as you can. **PRO TIP** Leave the pit in the guacamole and store it in a glass container to keep it from turning brown.
