Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Place chicken in bowl and pour 1/2 a bottle of dressing over it and marinate for several hours or overnight
  2. Preheat oven to 375˚ and line a rimmed pan with parchment paper
  3. Place all the veggies in a bowl & toss with remaining dressing, garlic powder & pepper
  4. Place veggies on pan
  5. Lay chicken pieces on top of veggies
  6. Sprinkle with paprika
  7. Roast 50 minutes
  8. Add cashews to pan & roast 10 minutes more
