This Smoky Joe's recipe is so perfect for those busy weeknights when you just ran out of time and don’t want to make a fancy dinner! If you air fry your potatoes this dish is done in 30 minutes! The ground chicken blended with peppers and onions and smoky bbq sauce makes the most delicious meal! It's also really yummy over cauliflower rice.

  2. Add onions and peppers and sauté till they are soft.
  3. Add chicken, breaking apart and cooking till no longer pink.
