Halloween (Carrot) Bark
There’s nothing scary about this bark - it’s dye free AND has a veggie you can’t taste!
Ellie loves this and I love that there’s protein from the yogurt and a vibrant orange color from a carrot!
Ingredients
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Carrots
- 0.75 cup0.75 cup0.75 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Organic Vegan White Baking Chips - Pascha Chocolate Co.

- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Dark Chocolate Chips

- Blend the yogurt and carrot together until smooth.
- Melt 1/3 cup white chocolate chips and stir in with the yogurt/carrot mixture.
- Pour on a small parchment paper lined baking sheet and top with dark chocolate chips.
- Freeze for an hour and then break into pieces. Store in the freezer.
