BOO! wooh, sorry for spooking you. these jack-o-lantern brownie bites are such a fun halloween treat & of course they are full of protein & chocolatey goodness.

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. preheat oven to 350.
  2. in a food processor, combine cottage cheese, eggs, peanut butter, & vanilla extract.
  3. in a large bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients except water, chocolate chips, & frosting.
  4. pour cottage cheese mixture into dry ingredients, then add in water until reaches desired consistency.
  5. using a large cookie scoop, add brownie batter to a silicon muffin tin.
  6. add chocolate chips to each brownie.
  7. bake for 16-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. in a bowl, mix frosting; refrigerate until bites are completely cooled.
  9. add frosting to a zip lock bag, then cut a small bit off the corner of your zip lock bag; drizzle frosting onto each bite to make a spooky monster!
