Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Preheat oven to 350. Line a bread tin with parchment paper. Mix shortbread ingredients together & press mixture into man. Bake for 15 minutes
  2. Let cool while you mix filling ingredients together in a blender/ processor, scraping the sides as needed. Pour overtop shortbread layer & refrigerate for 2 hours
  3. Cut into 16, or desired number of bars
  4. Dip each bar into melted chocolate, sprinkle with sea salt, and place on drying rack to set
  5. Store in fridge
