  1. First, mix your gelatin and water together. Set aside for five minutes.
  2. And a blender, add your cream cheese and blend until it’s creamy. Pour into a mixing bowl. Then add your heavy, whipping cream, maple syrup, and the gelatin mixture after it set for five minutes. Blended with a hand mixer.
  3. Fold in the raspberries.
  4. Set in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  5. Core into small serving cups or a big dish, whichever you prefer.
  6. Top with graham crackers, more raspberries, and even whip, whipped cream.
  7. Enjoy!
