High Protein Cheesecake

Ingredients
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Gelatin, Unflavored

- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Water
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Cottage Cheese
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Pure Maple Syrup

- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Raspberries, Organic

- First, mix your gelatin and water together. Set aside for five minutes.
- And a blender, add your cream cheese and blend until it’s creamy. Pour into a mixing bowl. Then add your heavy, whipping cream, maple syrup, and the gelatin mixture after it set for five minutes. Blended with a hand mixer.
- Fold in the raspberries.
- Set in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Core into small serving cups or a big dish, whichever you prefer.
- Top with graham crackers, more raspberries, and even whip, whipped cream.
