High Protein Cookie Dough Eggs (Edit recipe)

An Easter dessert must make! These cookie dough eggs are no bake, high protein, gluten and dairy free, and are naturally colored too. They're incredibly delicious, but make for a fun treat to make and decorate with the kiddos, too!

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Combine cookie dough ingredients together until smooth, then fold in chocolate chips. Press cookie dough mixture into egg mold OR just shape with your hands and freeze an hour until hard
  2. Melt white chocolate and add your natural colorant. I used @colorkitchenfoods
  3. Use a fork to dip eggs into chocolate, drizzle with another color if desired, refrigerate a few more minutes until chocolate has hardened, and enjoy!
