High Protein Cookie Dough Eggs
An Easter dessert must make! These cookie dough eggs are no bake, high protein, gluten and dairy free, and are naturally colored too. They're incredibly delicious, but make for a fun treat to make and decorate with the kiddos, too!
Ingredients
- .75 cup.75 cup.75 cup Cashew Butter
- .33 cup.33 cup.33 cup Vanilla Protein Powder
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Almond Flour
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Coconut Oil, Soft
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Pure Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- .33 cup.33 cup.33 cup Semi-Sweet Mini Chocolate Chips
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup White Chocolate, For coating
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Artificial Dye-Free Food Coloring

- Combine cookie dough ingredients together until smooth, then fold in chocolate chips. Press cookie dough mixture into egg mold OR just shape with your hands and freeze an hour until hard
- Melt white chocolate and add your natural colorant. I used @colorkitchenfoods
- Use a fork to dip eggs into chocolate, drizzle with another color if desired, refrigerate a few more minutes until chocolate has hardened, and enjoy!
