Tuna Caesar Smash Tacos
Tried the viral smash tacos, but did it with tuna and it was so delicious I haven’t had a Caesar salad in a long time, but adding it to this taco was perfect. This is the perfect high protein lunch after a hard workout.
Ingredients
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Flour Tortillas - Hero
- 5 oz5 oz5 oz Tuna, Canned
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Avocado Oil Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Black Pepper

- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Lettuce, Romaine
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Parmesan Cheese

- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Caesar Dressing - Primal Kitchen

- First, mix your tuna, mayo and pepper together. Spread it over your tortilla.
- Heat your pan.
- Cook the tortilla on the side of the tuna so that the tuna is on the bottom. Cook for 5 minutes or until crispy.
- While that’s cooking, make your Caesar salad.
- Once the tuna is ready, add your salad on top.
- Enjoy!
