Tried the viral smash tacos, but did it with tuna and it was so delicious I haven’t had a Caesar salad in a long time, but adding it to this taco was perfect. This is the perfect high protein lunch after a hard workout.

  1. First, mix your tuna, mayo and pepper together. Spread it over your tortilla.
  2. Heat your pan.
  3. Cook the tortilla on the side of the tuna so that the tuna is on the bottom. Cook for 5 minutes or until crispy.
  4. While that’s cooking, make your Caesar salad.
  5. Once the tuna is ready, add your salad on top.
  6. Enjoy!
