Homemade Taco Seasoning for Ground Beef, Chicken and Seafood
This quick homemade keto taco seasoning is my go-to anytime I want bold flavor without the junk. It takes less than 5 minutes to mix up and has zero sugar, starch, or weird fillers.
I use this exact blend in my Taco Chicken Casserole and always keep a small jar ready for taco bowls, spiced meats, or casseroles. It’s warm, savory, and just spicy enough with none of the additives that mess with blood sugar.
