Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Add the cocoa powder, hot water, and vanilla extract to a mason jar. Put the lid on the jar and shake to combine it, until the chocolate is like a sauce and there are no clumps of cocoa powder.
  2. Then add in the sugar and heavy whipping cream. Put the lid on the jar and shake it again for about 30 seconds until the ice cream mixture is smooth.
  3. Break up the brownies and add them to the chocolate ice cream mixture. Use a spoon to stir it in.
  4. Place the jar in the freezer, and freeze for at least 4 hours or until completely frozen.
  5. Once frozen, scoop and enjoy!
