During the summer season, I am always craving fruit crumbles and with peaches at their peak in the middle of summer, all I want is a peach covered in a perfect nutty crumble! My individual peach crumble is perfect for when you just need a sweet treat for one! Easy to make and so delicious!

  1. Preheat your oven to 350F and grease a ramekin or small baking dish.
  2. Thinly slice the peach and place in a small bowl with sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Stir to combine. Then mix in the cornstarch.
  3. In another small, microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter.
  4. Mix brown sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon, and salt into the butter. Toss in the flour, oats, and pecans.
  5. Put the peach mixture in the bottom of a grease ramekin. Evenly distribute the crumble topping.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes! Let the dessert cool and top with ice cream or whipped cream for the perfect treat!
