Keto Cookie Dough Truffles
These are the easiest low carb sweet treats! Amazing for a grain free dessert for family dinner, fancy keto party bites, or when you just want to treat yourself without any guilt. You can use any of your favorite flavors and toppings to make it just how you like it!
Ingredients
- 6 oz6 oz6 oz Chocolate Chip Phat Dough, (1 jar, or your favorite Real Phat Foods edible cookie dough)
- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Lily's Keto Dark Chocolate Baking Chips, or other sugar free chocolate chips
- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Coconut Oil
- Organic Walnuts, Optional topping (or pecan, peanuts, keto sprinkles, pinch of sea salt, more chocolate)

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Roll tablespoon size balls of edible cookie dough onto a parchment paper lined sheet pan. Place in fridge or freezer until ready to use.
- melt the chocolate chips with coconut oil in the microwave in 30 second increments stirring between each until smooth.
- Dip chilled balls into chocolate and place back onto parchment paper lined pan. Sprinkle on any toppings before the chocolate sets. place in fridge for 5 minutes to let the chocolate set completely. Enjoy!
