Keto Fried Pickles
Wish you were at the fair? Here's an easy low carb version of this classic fair favorite. It's impossible to resist the crispy, golden crunch of these fried pickle spears!
Ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Italian Phat Crumbs
- .75 cup.75 cup.75 cup Almond Flour
- .25 tsp.25 tsp.25 tsp Salt
- .25 tsp.25 tsp.25 tsp Black Pepper
- .25 tsp.25 tsp.25 tsp Paprika
- .25 tsp.25 tsp.25 tsp Garlic Powder
- .25 tsp.25 tsp.25 tsp dried Dill
- 24 oz24 oz24 oz Pickles, (1 jar)
- 222 Eggs
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Cut pickles into 1/2 inch spears and pat dry.
- Mix salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, dill, and almond flour in one bowl and pour the Phat crumbs into another bowl.
- Crack the eggs into a third bowl and whisk.
- Dip pickle spears into the egg, coat with almond flour mixture, then into the egg again, then finally into the Phat crumbs.
- Air fry at 350 degrees F for about 8-10 min. Enjoy!
