Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results

For the Meatballs

  1. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients together.
  2. Using a gloved hand or wooden spoon, mix to incorporate all ingredients. Do not overmix, this will result in a tough meatball.
  3. Heat a medium saucepan, add oil and 1tsp of the meat mixture. Cook thoroughly and taste for season. Adjust if needed.
  4. Using a medium size portioning scoop, form balls and rest on parchment lined baking sheet tray.
  5. Preheat oven to 385 degrees Fahrenheit.
  6. Sear balls, on each side until golden brown to lock in moisture but not fully cooked.
  7. Return balls to sheet tray and bake for 12 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches a minimum of 155 degrees Fahrenheit.
  8. Serve meatballs with sides of choices or simply enjoy by themselves.

For the Feta Yogurt Sauce

  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
