Lazy Lasagne
Busy nights don’t always mean fast food. Next time your short on time try this lazy lasagne. It’s easy, quick and even the kiddos love it!
Ingredients
- 24 oz24 oz24 oz Ravioli, I used four cheese but your favorite will do
- 1 lb1 lb1 lb Ground Beef (93/7) - Thrive Market

- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Onion, Chopped
- 3 cloves3 cloves3 cloves Garlic, Chopped

- 28 oz28 oz28 oz Tomato Basil Sauce - Rao's, Or your favorite marinera
- 2.5 cups2.5 cups2.5 cups Mozzarella Cheese

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- 1. Brown your meat with the chopped onion, garlic and salt and pepper to taste.
- 2. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees
- 3. Pour about a cup of your marinera in the bottom of your baking dish. The ln add a layer of ravioli, a layer of the ground meat mixture and a handful of cheese and then repeat the layers. The last layer will be ravioli and then topped with the remaining marinera sauce. Then top with mozzarella cheese. You can you fresh or shredded for the top.
- 4. Bake in a 425 degree oven for 15-20 minutes or until everything is hot and bubbly.
- 5. Top with Parmesan cheese (optional)
Notes
This is such an easy yummy dish. You can substitute ground beef for ground turkey or leave it out if you want a vegetarian dish.
