The perfect summer nachos! Loaded, cheesy, smoky, and ready in minutes. I love this recipe because you can use left over chicken to make it so quick and easy.

  1. 1. preheat your oven to 400 degrees
  2. 2. Take your chicken and top with 1/2 cup of bbq sauce.
  3. 3. On a sheet pan place your tortilla chips.
  4. 4. Top with shredded cheese, chicken, black beans and corn. Place your nachos in the oven for about 5 minutes or until your cheese is gooey and melted.
  5. 5. Take out of the oven and top with pickled onions, cilantro, a drizzle of bbq sauce and sour cream. You can also add jalepeno slices if you like spice.
