Bbq Chicken Nachos
The perfect summer nachos!
Loaded, cheesy, smoky, and ready in minutes. I love this recipe because you can use left over chicken to make it so quick and easy.
Ingredients
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Pasture-raised Chicken Breasts - US Wellness Meats, Chopped you can chop before or after cooking your chicken

- 10 oz10 oz10 oz Corn Tortilla Chips, I like the late July hint of lime but your favorite brand will work
- 0.75 cup0.75 cup0.75 cup Pitmaster Original (Kansas City-Style) BBQ Sauce - True Made Foods, 1/2 cup to coat your chicken and the remaining to drizzle on top

- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Corn
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Black Beans, Rinsed

- 2.5 cups2.5 cups2.5 cups Cheddar Cheese, Shredded

- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Quick Pickled Red Onions (click for recipe), Or thinly sliced raw red onion
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Cilantro
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Sour Cream, Optional

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- 1. preheat your oven to 400 degrees
- 2. Take your chicken and top with 1/2 cup of bbq sauce.
- 3. On a sheet pan place your tortilla chips.
- 4. Top with shredded cheese, chicken, black beans and corn. Place your nachos in the oven for about 5 minutes or until your cheese is gooey and melted.
- 5. Take out of the oven and top with pickled onions, cilantro, a drizzle of bbq sauce and sour cream. You can also add jalepeno slices if you like spice.
