Everyone is always looking for easy dinner recipes and this one couldn’t be easier (and can fit pretty much any dietary lifestyle!) This is gluten free, dairy free, and can be made vegan by using a vegan sausage. I make sheet pan dinners all the time and love how versatile they are!

  1. ‌Mix dressing ingredients into a large bowl and add all of the veggies in and mix.
  2. Spread on a sprayed baking sheet and bake at 400 for 15 min.
