Process

  1. Combine almond flour, protein powder, peanut butter and maple syrup in a bowl.
  2. Roll into 10 balls and freeze for 15 minutes.
  3. Melt chocolate chips, then dip each truffle into melted chocolate.
  4. Add candy eye and sprinkles on top.
  5. Chill truffles for 10 minutes or until chocolate has hardened.
