- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Vegan Protein Powder
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp3 Tbsp Maple Syrup, Pure
- 0.75 cup0.75 cup0.75 cup 55% Organic Vegan Semi-Sweet Dark Chocolate Chips - Pascha
- 10 whole10 whole10 whole Candy Eyes
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Rainbow Sprinkles

- Combine almond flour, protein powder, peanut butter and maple syrup in a bowl.
- Roll into 10 balls and freeze for 15 minutes.
- Melt chocolate chips, then dip each truffle into melted chocolate.
- Add candy eye and sprinkles on top.
- Chill truffles for 10 minutes or until chocolate has hardened.
