Low Sugar Tastykake Mini Powdered Donuts!
Yes that's right- all the fun, messy goodness of your childhood favorite, but with way less sugar, and a protein boost, too! 🙌🏻
Ingredients
- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Almond Flour
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Vanilla Protein Powder
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Oat Flour
- .5 whole.5 whole.5 whole Banana, mashed
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Honey
- 2.5 Tbsp2.5 Tbsp2.5 Tbsp Almond Milk
- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Egg
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- .25 tsp.25 tsp.25 tsp Almond Extract
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Swerve Confectioners (powdered), Or organic powdered sugar
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Vanilla Protein Powder

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Combine your donut ingredients together, place in piping bag or ziplock bag with hole in the edge and pipe into a mini donut pan
- Bake at 350 for 6-7 min
- Remove from pan and onto cooling rack
- Then place powdered sugar and protein sugar into a paper bag, place a few donuts in the bag at a time and shake to coat
- Enjoy!
- If not eating right away I don't recommend coating as it will dissolve overtime and you'll need to recoat
