- 1.5 Tbsp1.5 Tbsp1.5 Tbsp Powdered Sugar
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 0.5 Tbsp0.5 Tbsp0.5 Tbsp Mint Leaves, loosely torn
- 0.125 tsp0.125 tsp0.125 tsp Peppermint Extract, or about 2-3 drops (adjust to taste)

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Mini Chocolate Chips, Semi-Sweet

- Add all ingredients (except chocolate chips) to the base of an immersion blender cup & blend until smooth.
