  1. Press in a 8x8 pan sprayed lightly with oil, or use parchment paper. Let sit in the fridge for at least 3 hours before cutting into squares. Carefully take them out. If they break, you can easily re-form. This also works if you have a bar mold or a loaf pan for a thicker bar.
