Olive Dip
This is the easiest low carb snack for all you olive lovers out there! It's creamy, zesty, and so easy to make. You'll be bringing this keto dip with your favorite Real Phat Foods almond flour crackers to all the parties!
Ingredients
- Cracked Pepper Phat Crackers, or Phat Crackers of choice
- 8 oz8 oz8 oz Full Fat Cream Cheese, softened to room temperature
- 6 oz6 oz6 oz Olives, green, diced (1 jar)
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup White Onion, finely diced
- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp3 Tbsp Olive Juice (Green)
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Heavy Cream (Whipping Cream)
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Mix all ingredients together using a hand mixer or some elbow grease. Alternatively, add all ingredients to a food processor and pulse until combined. We did this and it dices the onions and olives super fine for an extra creamy dip.
- Serve with Phat Foods low carb crackers and enjoy!
