Omega-3 Rich Bircher Muesli and Roast Plums
This anti-inflammatory Bircher muesli is packed with omega-3-rich seeds and nourishing wholefoods to leave you feeling satisfied and glowing from the inside out. A creamy base of oats, linseeds, hemp seeds, chia, and coconut flakes is soaked in milk and yoghurt, lightly spiced with cinnamon for warmth. Juicy roasted plums (perfectly tart and sweet!) caramelised in a fragrant bath of orange juice, zest, and just a touch of sugar. Serve chilled or gently warmed.

Bircher Muesli

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Cinnamon, Ground

Roast Plums
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Plums
- 0.25 whole0.25 whole0.25 whole Navel Orange, zested, juiced

- Mix all the bircher muesli ingredients into a bowl, cover airtight, and set in the fridge overnight
- Halve the plums and place face up in a baking dish or tray
- Cover with the orange juice, zest, and brown sugar
- Bake for 40 mins, flipping half way
- Loosen the muesli with a splash more milk in the morning and serve with plums, fruits, nut butters, and any other toppings
