This anti-inflammatory Bircher muesli is packed with omega-3-rich seeds and nourishing wholefoods to leave you feeling satisfied and glowing from the inside out. A creamy base of oats, linseeds, hemp seeds, chia, and coconut flakes is soaked in milk and yoghurt, lightly spiced with cinnamon for warmth. Juicy roasted plums—perfectly tart and sweet—caramelised in a fragrant bath of orange juice, zest, and just a touch of sugar. Serve chilled or gently warmed.
